Fast charging time
The charger has a compact design and charges the batteries quite fast. The powerful 60W AC/DC adapter gives this superior power, which means that the charging time is the same for one or three batteries. The Trio Charger charges three HL-XL581 batteries (NP-F530/F550/F570) simultaneously in 1.5 hours. For HL-XL781 (NP-F750/F770), the charge time for all 3 batteries is 3 hours and with three HL-XL982 PRO (NP-F950/F960/F970/F990), the charge time is 4.5 hours. The LED lights indicate the charging status.
Two HL-XL781 batteries
The two high capacity HL-XL781 batteries in this kit are an alternative to the Sony NP-F770 battery, a rechargeable battery with a capacity of 5200mAh. This is a higher capacity than the Sony NP-770 battery and therefore has a longer life. Sony L-series batteries are only used for Sony cameras and camcorders, but are also a power source for e.g. LED video lighting, monitors and transmission systems.
